- Video and generated content: YouTube URLs you submit, related video metadata, transcripts, processing instructions, generated clips, captions, and job history.
- Billing information: subscription status, purchased processing minutes, invoices, and transaction identifiers. Stripe processes payment-card details; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and technical data: feature interactions, browser and device information, IP address, logs, diagnostics, and security events.
- Support communications: messages, attachments, and other information you provide when requesting help.
3) How We Use Information
- Provide accounts, process videos, generate clips and captions, and deliver requested features
- Process subscriptions, top-ups, invoices, and transaction records
- Respond to support requests and send service, billing, security, and account notices
