1) Usage & Modifications

By using RoarCut, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the latest version.

2) Service

RoarCut (www.roarcut.app) processes videos into short clips automatically. Ensure you have the rights to every video you submit.

You are fully responsible for the content and its impact. We process and display content only to provide the service.

3) Rights & Licenses

You remain the owner of the content. You grant us a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of the service.

The RoarCut platform, branding, and features are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your license is limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.

4) Payments

Choose a monthly plan or one-time top-up and pay the listed price. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

One processing minute is charged for each started minute of source video. Eligible source videos must be between 5 and 90 minutes long. A failed job caused by our platform automatically returns the minutes charged for that job.

Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled. Plan minutes reset on each successful renewal, do not roll over, and expire when the applicable billing period or subscription ends. You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Top-ups are one-time purchases. Unused top-up minutes do not expire while your account remains available. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

5) Prohibited Activities

  • Infringing on others' copyrights/trademarks
  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Damaging, abusing, or attempting unauthorized access
  • Bypassing security limits or quotas

6) Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or always available.

We are not liable for indirect/consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7) Disputes

We encourage an amicable resolution first. If unresolved, disputes will follow the laws and jurisdiction applicable to RoarCut, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
